On november 17, 1979 at 1615 hours, raymond was found shot to death inside his residence, which was located in the 27300 block of sixth street in highland. Raymond was a crane operator for kaiser steel in fontana. Raymond was involved in the local steel workers union and held the position of grievance representative.
