On june 4, 1954 at approximately 8:35 p.M. Deputies responded to the area off conway road reference a shooting. The victim, harvey e. Moody had been shot and transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim and his wife resided in a garage apartment in the rear of the home of mrs. Kenneth mccall. Based on the investigation, ms. Mccall heard what sounded like glass breaking and called out to the victim for assistance. The victim then encountered the suspects outside the residence and sustained the injury that led to his death.Agency
