On march 2, 2007 at about 11:30 in the evening david howard was shot in the middle of the 1600 block of e. Main st. During an apparent robbery attempt. He was known to many people in the beachwood neighborhood as “deaf dave” or “dancing dave” because of his love for music. He was legally deaf, but could hear the beats and rhythms. Investigators pursued many leads over the years and know there are a lot of people in the community who know who killed david, but until they step up, his case will remain unsolved.Agency
