Case # 201250003578 date: 06/28/2012 time: 1511 hours location: shed behind 2622 marshall avenue sanford, fl 32771 cause of death: stab wound manner of death: homicide motive: unknown on june 28th, 2012 sanford police officers responded to 2620 marshall avenue in reference to a black male subject pounding on the door of the residence trying to get in. The resident reported that he observed who he believed to be his neighbor on his porch and he was bleeding. Contact was made with the victim, identified as tyrone montgomery. Montgomery was transported to the central florida regional hospital for treatment. Montgomery passed away as a result of his injury. Witnesses in the area reported observing a black male subject fleeing the area with what appeared to be a knife in his hand.
