Description: On 06/17/2026 at approximately 2353 hours, Deputies were dispatched to a prisoner transfer at 1001 Heroes Way, Sugar Creek (Sugar Creek Police Department). Deputies arrived and arrested Kwakhona Zweni for Cass County warrant 25-CAARW-721: Possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked/suspended 2nd or 3rd offense with a bond of $5,000.00 cash only. [NAME] was given a court date of 07/01/2026 at 0900 hours. Deputies transported [NAME] to the Cass County Jail. Once at the Jail [NAME] was released to jail staff for further processing.

Cathy henderson b/f 9/3/68 on january 10th at approximately 10:15pm, officers were dispatched to 2433 brighton in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival officers found cathy henderson on the ground in front of the address suffering from gunshot wounds. Cathy died from her injuries at the scene. Witnesses said that cathy and a friend were sitting in a vehicle that was parked in front of 2433 brighton when they were shot by suspects who drove by their location in an unknown type vehicle.
