His remains, found wrapped in a plastic tarp, were discovered tuesday, oct. 12, 1999, outside davenport’s city limits.According to hill’s obituary, he died in muscatine in muscatine county.Hill had recently been released from the veteran’s hospital in knoxville, iowa, visited a daughter in maquoketa, and allegedly had been hitchhiking back to davenport when he went missing.Agency
