Cold case spotlight curtis williamson, 16, and his cousin were chased into the mission bay water after a fight, involving 10 to 20 boys, broke out in a parking lot at crown point shores in san diego, california on march 26, 1997. Curtis is believed to have drowned while swimming from one anchored buoy to another after the individuals that chased him into the water began swimming after him. Curtis' cousin was saved by a city lifeguard rescue boat after police arrived on the scene. Anyone with information can contact the san diego police homicide unit at (619) 531-2293.
