On may 19, 1973, 20-year old ceferina lopez was found collapsed and unconscious after being brutally beaten inside of her apartment. Her 2 small children were found roaming around the apartment. Investigators believe she had been in that state for over 20 hours. They also believe she was beaten and possibly raped by an unknown intruder. She never regained consciousness and died on may 23, 1973.Agency
