On december 21th, 2006, at approximately 11:45 p.M., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of oxalis drive at areca drive in orlando, in reference to a shooting. Deputies found victim lying on his stomach on the west side of areca drive just north of the intersection of dahlia street. The victim was returning from a nearby store when he was approached by an unknown black male. A struggle ensued resulting in the victim being shot. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound.
