On november 17th, 2004, at approximately 12:30 am, deputies responded to the area of s. Texas avenue and honour road, in reference to a man down. The victim was found lying on the south side of honour road. The investigation revealed the victim was shot at the entrance to buchanan bay apartments and then ran to the area he was found.
