On september 26, 2012, around 8:34 pm, deputies responded to the millennium palms apartments in reference to shots fired. After arrival, deputies found the victim on the ground with a gunshot wound. A witness stated that they say a dark passenger dodge charger driving through the complex when the shots were fired. The victim died as a result of his injuries.
