On 03-25-2016 at approximately 8:05 p.M., deputies responded to the above location in reference to an aggravated battery of a pizza hut delivery driver in the parking lot of the establishment. Upon arrival, the victim was located lying behind his vehicle with life threatening injuries. The victim was transported to to the hospital and later died of his injuries.
