On april 20th, 2009, two unknown black males forced their way into the apartment after identifying themselves as police. There were several hispanic males in the apartment at the time. One hispanic male came out of his bedroom carrying a machete. One of the suspects shot the victim and then fled from the apartment. The victim died as a result of the gunshot wound.
