On june 16th, 2005, at approximately 11:19 pm, the victim was found shot to death in the kitchen of his apartment. The victim’s girlfriend was home at the time in another room and did not see the suspect enter or exit the apartment after hearing the gunshot. A witness observed a young black male run from the apartment after hearing the gunshot. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound.
