December 3, 2009 - At 10:32 pm Police received a call of possible gun shots in the 700 block of Devonwood. Before officers arrived, a second call was received with reports that someone had been shot.When officers arrived, Timothy Cook, 43 years, of Hercules was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Doctors Medical in San Pablo. Mr. Cook did not survive his injuries.Hercules Police canvassed the neighborhood and spoke with witnesses who described the suspect as a Hispanic or African American male wearing dark clothing. He is described as being 5’8” – 5’9” and approximately 170lbs. The suspect approached and fled the scene on foot.Agency
