On september 6, 2005, at approximately 7:45 in the morning, 10-year old tony swain and his 6-year old sister were walking to school. A driver of a speeding vehicle ignored a crossing guard and struck tony as he pushed his sister to safety. The suspect continued eastbound and drove away without stopping.
