Diane martin, 48, was shot in her waterloo home around 9:45 p.M. On monday, sept. 10, 2018. She was later pronounced dead at unitypoint health-allen hospital. Police investigators returned to 84 ricker st. On tuesday, sept. 11, 2018, after a woman had been shot and killed at the home the night before. Police records show martin had reported gunfire at her home multiple times in the past few years, but no injuries were reported.Agency
