Rhoda Harris was 61 years old when her body was found in her home on November 29, 1967. Rhoda lived alone in a small house on Oxner Street in Monterey. Her body was discovered by her adult daughter, who had been unable to reach Rhoda by phone. Based on the crime scene, it appeared that Rhoda may have been killed a day or two prior to her body being discovered. Rhoda’s car was also stolen at the time of her murder and found abandoned in the city of Marina on 11/30/67. No suspects were identified in the initial investigation.Agency
