On july 29th, 2006, at approximately 12:41a.M., deputies responded to 1200 holden avenue (tuscany village),orlando. The victim was confronted and robbed as he was walking to his apartment. The victim was shot during the confrontation. An unknown black male was seen running from the area after the gunshot was heard. The victim died as a result of the gunshot wound.
