On november 3, 2003, at approximately 2:48am, deputies responded to the area of sand lake road near tangelo park refence to possible shootings. Upon arrival, deputies were flagged down by friends of the victim who reported the victim had been shot and needed to be transported to sand lake hospital. The victim later died at the hospital of a shooting wound.Agency
