Diane martin, 48, was shot in her waterloo home around 9:45 p.M. On monday, sept. 10, 2018. She was later pronounced dead at unitypoint health-allen hospital. Police investigators returned to 84 ricker st. On tuesday, sept. 11, 2018, after a woman had been shot and killed at the home the night before.
