On 8-25-2018, kevin napier went to an apartment building at the 3500 block of west 88th where he knew several people. He was visiting a person in one of the apartments when he said he was going upstairs to the apartment directly above to visit a female. Two gunshots were heard as soon as he went upstairs. Immediately after the shots, the acquaintance of napier from the apartment below saw a male, white or native, with a dark hoodie, coming downstairs. The male entered napier’s vehicle, which was parked in front of the building, and left in the vehicle, which was later found to be on fire in the eagle river area. Napier died at the scene; the shooter remains unidentified.Agency
