On february 27th, 2023 at approximately 1:59 a.M., lvmpd dispatch received a 911 call from a witness reporting a shooting. Officers arrived and located the victim (rodriguez) in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound. Officers attempted life-saving measures until medical arrived at which time rodriguez was pronounced deceased.Agency
