On october 27, 1995 at approximately 01:07 a.M., anne arundel county 911 police communications received an anonymous call reporting a male had been injured and was in a vehicle parked at north arundel hospital (now referred to as the baltimore washington medical center). Officers responded to the hospital located at 310 hospital drive, glen burnie, maryland and discovered the injured male in a white vehicle. The male was identified as forty three year old neil charles fitze from the 3900 block of baltimore annapolis road, baltimore, maryland. Mr. Fitze was transported to the university of maryland shock trauma hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Fitze suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
