Lisa ann gross was discovered in the bathtub of her home by her two children who had just returned home from school. The children were 11 and 7 years old at the time of the incident. There was no forced entry to the home. The water in the bathtub was left running and flooded the entire residence. The victim and the bathroom were covered in shredded paper that was taken from the office inside the residence. Lisa died from a puncture wound to the back of her head. A murder weapon was never found. There is no evidence to suggest one way or the other if lisa knew her attacker. This investigation is still ongoing and all leads are being sought and considered in hopes of identifying the suspect(s).

On november 27, 2004 a hunter looking for a lost dog in a wood line near the scioto river on state route 257 north in delaware county, ohio discovered human remains, the remains were identified as stacey colbert.

While he was out of the car, a black male approached the passenger side of the car and demanded money from the female driver at gun point. Robert came to the aid of his friend and was shot by the suspect. The suspect then searched the vehicle for money before fleeing on foot.

On 03/22/2016, the skeletal remains of a 16-36 year old white female were found in a farm field next to state route 58 in huntington township, ohio. The site is separated from highway and drainage swale by border fencing. This individual was wearing a spaghetti strap dress or top, victoria's secret 38b bra and matching panties, a peugot watch with white face, yellow metal numerals 225wt and a wire bangle bracelet. A stud-type earring was found and the individual had french manicure artificial nails with sequins and daisy pattern. These remains were later identified as angela hall.

On 11/12/2014, 61yr old alan lapash was out walking with his adult son. As they were nearing a city park, three men approached them on foot. One of the males asked what the son's names was as he reached out his hand, as if to shake hands with him. Instead of shaking hands, the male grabbed his hand, pulled him in and then all three males began assault alan and his son. A nearby resident came to the aid of alan and his son, chasing the suspects off. The three males were never identified. Alan was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. He later died on september 12, 2015 of head injuries he received during his assault. He had been in a coma since the assault.

On 04/24/1988, 32yr old jerome lusane was attending a function at the uaw union hall, in the city of lorain, ohio. During the party, a group of younger males crashed the party. There were a series of disturbances with these males and they were escorted from the property. One of the males was believed to have gone to a car to retrieve a gun. He fired multiple shots and jerome lusane was apparently struck by one of them. Mr. Lusane was taken to the hospital by others from the party. Several of the people attending the party were interviewed, but the suspects were never identified. Mr. Lusane died of the gunshot wound in the emergency room. He told officers that he did not know who had shot him.

On february 7, 1978 at 9:30am, the owner (and an occupant) of the apartments at 109 ½ south main st., north baltimore, oh reported to police that his apartment had been broken into and guns stolen. The method of entry was a square or rectangular object used to break a hole in the door, allowing the perpetrator to reach in and unlock the door. Stains on the floor of the apartment were later found to be from battery acid. The owner and another subject, both friends of spangler, did not see him that day and he did not show up for work, so at approximately 4:30pm they went to his apartment (apt. 6) and found the body, at which time they called police. Spangler had been fatally shot. Found outside the door of spangler's apartment was a white bag containing an automobile battery consistent with the size of the hole in the owner's door. A 17 year old juvenile who the owner had recently transported to north baltimore from florida, had been staying with spangler. The 17 year old was missing. The white bag containing the battery was identified as belonging to the 17 year old juvenile. A witness identified the 17 year old as a hitchhiker he picked up at 5:10am on february 7th who was hitchhiking from north baltimore to florida. A warrant for the arrest of the juvenile was issued and he was arrested out of state and extradited back to ohio. The wood county grand jury failed to return an indictment for the murder and the juvenile was subsequently released.

The suspect stated, "Where's the man" several times. The suspect found donald in bed and stated, "Where's the brown safe." the suspect instructed and helped donald bind sue's hands and feet. The suspect then forced donald to search the house with him. Sue heard what sounded like two men fighting coming from the front bedroom. Sue heard donald yell twice then heard two loud pounding noises. The suspect passed sue who was still bound and seated in the kitchen. The suspect stated, "He tried to jump me, he shouldn't have done it." the suspect fled out the rear door. Donald died at the scene from gunshot wounds.
