Jazmin catano, a clerk of the court employee, was brutally beaten and shot in the back on june 22, 2013. She died of her injuries. Wanted in connection with her death is her former boyfriend, andres collazos. Manatee sheriff’s department case # 2013-019250. Andres "Andy" mauricio collazos, 24, and jazmin catano, 30, were in a relationship that had broken off. Catano was discovered in a bedroom with signs of trauma to her body after deputies responded to her coral club apartment in bradenton. Detectives believe catano was killed a few nights previous and have named collazos as a person of interest. Collazos is believed to have fled to his native country of columbia after the murder. Catano was reportedly with collazos for more than a year and their relationship had recently turned nearly violent with collazos making threats to catano and causing her to fear him. Date of incident : 01-27-2013 case number : 2013-002852 msco subject : patrick mullins on january 27th, 2013 at 1300 hours a missing persons report was initiated for patrick mullins, 52 year old white male, by his wife after he failed to return from taking his boat out. Witnesses stated that mr. Mullins was alone. At 6:10 pm on the 27th a witness reported seeing a boat matching the description of mr. Mullin's boat traveling from terra ceia bay into tampa bay with a single occupant on board. On january 28th, 2013 the us coast guard, the florida wildlife commission and manatee county sheriff's marine unit began an extensive search and rescue operation to locate mr. Mullins. The boat was recovered on january 28th unoccupied. On february 5th, 2013 a fisherman found the body of mr. Mullins in about three feet of water off emerson point. The manner of death has not been determined although the cause of death was from a gunshot to the head. Gabriel appeared to have signs of trauma on her face at that time, and was 3 months pregnant at the time of her death. The apartment was locked and according to the family her cell phone, a blackberry torch was missing along with a large flat screen tv. The victim had an incident with her ex-boyfriend, bryan stanford, on 4-5-11 and he was subsequently arrested on 4-11-11 for aggravated domestic battery, but denied any involvement in her death.
