Description: NO PERMIT — TIMPS at Checkpoint 3 attempted to stop a vehicle traveling towards the intersection of Second and Independence Avenue SE. R/O also attempted to stop the vehicle by flashing their emergency lights and activating their horn. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed no driving status for the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
