Description: Theft: Officers responded to the location on report of a Theft. The complainant was contacted by a male who wanted to meet up regarding an on-going issue. The complainant returned back to his vehicle which was parked on Lexington Avenue and Fontaine Avenue and was confronted by the male. The complainant’s cell phone fell on the ground during an altercation and an unknown person then took the phone. This incident is under investigation.
