Description: Unlawful Mischief. On October 25 th, 2026, at approximately 8:15am, there was a disturbance at a residence on Harlow Hill in the Town of Randolph. During the investigation, it was determined that the suspect of Randolph, VT caused damage to the victim’s truck. the suspect given a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer to the charge of Unlawful Mischief
