Following investigation, the suspect arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Vermont State Police Shaftsbury Barracks for processing. the suspect released with conditions and ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court - Bennington Criminal Division on October 21, 2026, at 1230 hours
