Description: Domestic Assault and Unlawful Restraint. On the above date and time, Vermont State Police received a report of a family fight at a residence on in Hartland, VT. Troopers responded to the area and spoke with parties on scene. Subsequent investigation revealed that the suspect (37 Y/O) caused pain and fear to a household member. the suspect restrained this household member in the process. the suspect taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hartford Police Department for processing. the suspect cited, received conditions and was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility
