Description: DWI; a deputy was called to a single vehicle injury crash. The deputy removed the driver from the vehicle and smelled alcohol. He stated he had 1 beer. Due to injuries, he didn’t do field sobriety tests but he did PBT .181 and two open beers were found in his vehicle. He warrant for blood was obtained, he was taken to the hospital.
