Description: Arrest – Drunk in Public. An officer responded to a report of a subject refusing to leave the resident’s porch. The suspect appeared heavily intoxicated, refused to identify himself, and remained uncooperative. A 51-year-old male with no fixed address was formally trespassed from the residence, arrested for public intoxication, then transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. The magistrate issued a warrant for drunk in public and two counts of obstruction.
