Description: Domestic Disturbance. contacted the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office to report his girlfriend, Ruby Flores was causing a disturbance at their residence in Willows. a Deputy was detailed and responded. a Deputy contacted an individual who advised Flores was causing a disturbance because he had a cold-sore and she was accusing him of cheating. advised the disturbance was verbal only. a Deputy attempted to contact Flores but was unable to locate Flores in the residence. Cabrera was provided with his options and provided with resources.
