Description: Possession of Cocaine (2.5+ grams), Negligent Operation. On October 10 th, 2026, at approximately 0033 hours, the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop after an observed motor vehicle violation on Lewis Creek Drive near the intersection with US Route 7 in the Town of Ferrisburgh. The operator was identified as the suspect of Ferrisburgh, Vermont. Throughout the course of the investigation, Troopers discovered the suspect operated a motor vehicle in a negligent manner and located cocaine on his person. the suspect released from the scene with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on December 7 th, 2026, at 1230 hours. On October 19 th, 2026, Troopers executed a search warrant on the suspect’s vehicle, where they discovered additional cocaine that had been in the suspect’s possession. Troopers were assisted by members of the Middlebury Police Department
