Description: Shoplifting. Officers responded to Marshall's at Westgate after store loss prevention personnel detained a man for shoplifting. The man attempted to leave the store without paying for his ite 66-year-old Cleveland man was arrested for theft and transported to the Fairview Park Police Department for processing. He was given a court date and released.
