Description: LOITERING OR PROWLING: On October 20, 2026, I, Cpl. Edwards, responded to the Chevron located at 9651 S Hwy 301 in reference to a male reportedly loitering, harassing customers, and drinking alcohol in public. Upon arrival, I observed a male standing outside the store with open alcoholic beverage containers and consuming alcohol.
