Description: Jason Bingham, 47, was arrested at the St. Joseph Medical Center emergency room after allegedly elbowing a female nurse in the face while she attempted to assist him, and repeatedly attempting to bite and spit on staff during treatment. He also allegedly raised a clenched fist and threatened the nurse. Bingham was charged with aggravated battery to a nurse and aggravated assault to a nurse, and was released on a notice to appear in court.
