Description: DUI #1. On October 17, 2026, at approximately 1938 hours, a the suspect the St. Johnsbury Barracks was patrolling US Route 5 near Lake Morey Rd in Fairlee and observed a motor vehicle violation. A traffic stop was conducted, and signs of impairment were observed. The operator, the suspect, underwent Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and at the conclusion was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. He was processed at the Bradford Outpost and released with a citation to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on 11/4/2026 at 0830 hours
