Description: David Cleaves charged with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery after prosecutors say he grabbed a woman by the neck and tried to strangle her at the Manor Motel when she refused to have sex with him; she pushed him off and called 911. Judge Harvey rejected the SAFE-T Act detention petition and Cleaves was released from Will County Jail.
