Description: On September 18th, officers responded to a crash and Odell Street. officers observed a vehicle stuck on the curb against a utility police. The vehicle operator was passed out in the vehicle with the vehicle in drive. officers was able to wake the driver who showed signs of impairment. Due to impairment, no sobriety testing was administered and a warrant was requested and obtained for a blood draw. After the draw was completed at a medical facility, the driver was charged and transported to jail.
