Description: Operating a Vehicle While Impaired (OVI). An officer stopped a vehicle on I-480 eastbound after observing it traveling at a high rate of speed and drifting between lanes before coming to a stop. The driver showed signs of impairment, and officers observed several open beer containers inside the vehicle. The driver, a 31-year-old Elyria, man was arrested for OVI and transported to Fairview Park Police Department and a breath test later showed a BAC of 0.111%. He was given a mandatory court date and released to a sober person.
