Description: Unlawful Trespass / Resisting Arrest. On 10/12/2026, at approximately 1410 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police - Rutland Barracks were notified of a family fight on in West Rutland. Through investigation it was determined that the suspect in violation of a trespass notice and was also asked by law enforcement to leave the property. the suspect to do so and then resisted arrest as Troopers took her into custody. the suspect transported to Rutland Barracks for processing and later lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility with conditions to appear at court at a later date. the suspect lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility on $1000
