Description: DUI #2. On the above date and time, Vermont State Police were conducting routine patrols on the public highway known as Interstate 91 in Sheffield, VT. Troopers observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation and initiated a traffic stop. Troopers identified the operator as 71-year-old the suspect. Subsequent investigation revealed that the suspect operating a motor vehicle while impaired. the suspect taken into custody without incident and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing. the suspect released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court- Caledonia Criminal division on 10/26/2026 at 0830 hours to answer to the above charge
