Description: DUI #1, Gross Negligent Operation, Negligent Operation, Reckless Endangerment. On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police received numerous calls of vehicle being operated erratically on in Waterford. Upon arrival to the area Troopers located the vehicle operating south in the northbound lanes of I93. Troopers were able to stop the vehicle and made contact with the operator. The operator was identified as the suspect. Investigation revealed that the suspect operated under the influence. the suspect taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury for processing. the suspect later released on a citation
