Description: Eluding, Possession of Controlled Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 2109 hours. A resident of Milwaukee was taken into custody for Eluding an Officer, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 1st Offense. This occurred after officers attempted a traffic stop on his vehicle for Reckless Driving, at which time he led them on a 4-mile pursuit. He eventually surrendered. He later provided an evidentiary breath sample which indicated he had a Prohibited Alcohol Content of 0.15. He was booked, cited, and transported to County Jail. Charges were referred to the District Attorney’s office for review.
