Description: Arrests. arrived at the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Patrol Office to ask for help. Deputies contacted Daniels outside the office. Daniels reported not feeling safe in Willows. Deputies detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from Daniels' breath and person, and Daniels admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages earlier in the night. Daniels consented to various Standard Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and Preliminary Alcohol Screen (PAS). While Deputies conducted the tests, Ashley Johnson at 115 S. Shasta called Glenn County Communications to report a female subject matching Daniels' description recently threw a chair at Johnson's door and caused a disturbance outside her residence. Based on the results of the tests and Daniels' observed behavior, Deputies determined she was under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for her own safety. Deputies arrested Daniels and escorted her to the Glenn County Jail for booking. See narrative for additional information.
