Description: Violation of Conditions of Release. On 10/09/2026 at 10:13 pm, the Vermont State Police received a report that the suspect, of Wardsboro, VT was actively violating his conditions of release at a residence located on in Wardsboro (Windham County), VT. Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded and at the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect taken into custody. the suspect arrested for violation of conditions of release and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Westminster for processing. the suspect issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on October 13, 2026, at 1230 hours to answer for the above charge. the suspect transported to Southern State Correctional Facility where he was held on $500.00
