Description: Warrant Arrest. Subject was taken into custody in the free area for an outstanding warrant. The subject was booked into the Contra Costa County jail in Martinez. 243.3 PC, 647(a) PC–Pittsburg Transfer Platform 10/08/2026 1153 hours Makaiyas Champion (02/08/2006 Vacaville), was detained on board a train at the transfer station in Pittsburg. Champion was arrested and booked into MDF for the above listed charges. Champion did not have proof of payment. Champion was issues a prohibition order. 2610-0558 148(a)(1) PC, 11364 HS – Ashby Station 10/08/2026 0919 hours Paul Porter, (06/13/1989, San Leandro) was contacted on Emerson and Shattuck and subsequently detained after a reported brandishing incident. Porter was booked into the Santa Rita jail on the listed charges 2610-0553
