Description: Operating Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated. At approximately 2:21 am Officer observed a vehicle deviating from its lane several times and almost crashing. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, displayed numerous signs of impairment. She performed SFSTs poorly and was arrested for OWI-1st Offense. The driver refused a blood draw. A search warrant was applied for and granted. The 52 year-old St. Francis woman was booked, cited, and released to responsible party.
